DEFECT ON ARRIVAL POLICY:

Wen Technology Corporation offers our the following "defect on Arrival" (DOA) policy.

"Defect on Arrival" (DOA) is classified as follows:

  1. Freshly out of original packaging carton, plugged into system and does not perform to specifications.
  2. The merchandise should be returned in the original packaging materials with monitor base, video cable and manual.
  3. The problem report should be carefully filled out.
  4. The proof of purchase (invoice) for end-user should be dated within the past 30 days.

If items (a-d) are satisfied then the merchandise may be returned under the DOA policy.

Wen Technology Corporation allows direct one-to-one replacement with new merchandise under resellable conditions within 30 days. Wen Technology Corporation does not authorize any deductions from the original invoice for return of DOA merchandise.

RMA POLICY:

Wen Technology Corporation offers one (1) year free parts and labor service for all Wen brand computer monitors with proof of purchase (invoice). Wen Technology Corporation does not authorize any deductions from original invoice for returns of RMA merchandise.

*For all DOA/RMA returned merchandise, customers should call #914-377-0666, FAX 914-376-7092 (RMA Dept.) for all return authorization number(s) to be issued and be given specific shipping instructions.

OVER WARRANTY REPAIR:

All units are subject to a flat fee charge of:
